SIREN Feature Presentations

Siren Fitness Classes are based on the Power Within Method, TPW Flow and Pole Cat Power. They incorporate Power Yoga with sensual dance, pole tricks and free expression.

Classes are once a week in 6 week sessions. Take two fitness series and receive 10% off both sessions! All classes are taught by licensed instructors. A make-up week is available at the end of each session. All fees are non-refundable once a session has begun.

Belly Dancing

Come enjoy the sensuality of belly dance with professional belly dancer Kere Blair. Kere has traveled and performed with a variety of groups including The Belly twins, Mohammed Khordadian, kiyana's dance company and more. Kere is also a dance therapist in training and has her masters in clinical psychology.
